WebIs seems to only happen in one room, but can happen in rooms without beds/sleeping sims. Deleting the lights and giving new or same type of light does not fix it, nor resetting the light. Also, be sure to turn off the social stuff for posting to your Wall and all that, as those slowed my game to a crawl.
