Web23 jan. 2024 · I have a 365 subscription. The apps work correctly but the user name in the top right corner of my Word and Excel apps does not match my MS user name (account.microsoft.com). When I originally installed, somehow my MS user name got changed to the one that is now displaying incorrectly, but I edited it. When I track changes it shows the author as "Microsoft Account" even though my name is shown as the author when I go into the "track changes options". I am also shown as "Microsoft Account" in the top right corner of Word.
